RZT series yarn package high efficiency hydroextractor：

Characteristics of RZT high efficiency hydroextractor：
◆ The maximum speed is 1530 rpm, and the moisture content of cotton yarn after hydroextration is 45%, which improves the production efficiency and saves the cost for the next process: drying 
◆ The moisture content after hydroextraction is consistent to ensure the uniform moisture regain of the yarn before drying. 
◆ Each package has a separate fixed bracket, which will not damage the yarn and dye bobbin during hydroextraction. 
◆ Variable frequency speed regulation and stable speed increase and decrease. 
◆ PLC fully automatic control system, which can work automatically after startup. 
◆ Unique balance shock absorption design and balance protection device ensure safe and balanced operation. 
◆ There are holes at each main bearing for easy refueling and lubrication. 
◆ The bearing for hydroextraction basket has an intelligent overtemperature protection system.

◆ Two hydroextraction basket with suspension motor drives, shock absorbers and balancing devices. 
◆ Four rotary yarn package carrier equipped with integral stainless steel suspenders. 
◆ Hydraulic lifting and lowering yarn package carrier system and supporting oil pump. 
◆ PLC automatic control system is equipped with stainless steel control cabinet. 
◆ Integral cast iron base.
