After-sales Service

STALAM DEYI provides customers with the most professional, timely and convenient after-sales service, including spare parts supply and technical support.

Spare Parts In Stock

The vast majority of standard mechanical and electrical components of equipment manufactured in the last 20 years are available in stock.

Express Delivery

Stock spare parts will be delivered within 24 hours after the order is placed at the latest (generally, orders confirmed before 12:00 noon will be delivered before 16:00 on the same day). Spare parts that are not in stock are manufactured in-house or procured in the shortest possible time.

Online Assistance

On-call assistance via dedicated phone or fax/email/social software (wechat or QQ), provided full-time by the after-sales service engineer during office hours.

Timely On-site Service

After receiving the customer's on-site service request, and the two sides clear the service content and related costs, our engineers will arrive at the scene in the shortest time to provide mechanical, electrical and software help.
