RF Drying

In the past 30 years, Stalam has developed and provided a large number of RF dryers, with specific technical solutions for natural or synthetic latex foaming products (mainly mattress cores, pillows, cushions and continuous sheets) after vulcanization, washing and extrusion or centrifugal hydroextraction, and hydrophilic polyurethane foam after wet pouring, which is widely used for health and medical purposes and other high porosity polymer substrates. Stalam equipment can complete the whole drying process or work with the existing tunnel or cabinet type hot air dryer to improve the production capacity (speed) of the production line, maximize energy efficiency, especially improve the quality of the final product.

◆ Fast and uniform drying: about 20 minutes is enough to dry the thick and dense mattress / pillow core with residual moisture content less than 1%, without any wet spots;
