With bobbins of various shapes and corresponding electromechanical configurations, cotton, hemp, silk, wool, plant fiber and chemical fiber yarns can be wound into high-quality packages, providing high-quality preparations for dyeing, warping, weaving and even sewing. 

 

The grooved drum which is the core part of the machine is made of superplastic alloy material with modern molding and laser welding technology. It has the advantages of light weight, good groove shape, wear resistance, anti stacking and electrostatic removal. 

 

The intelligent electrical control system adopts 485 communication technology, and organically forms an intelligent system by using liquid crystal touch screen, central microprocessor controller, unit controller of each spindle, starting and running frequency converter. It can accurately measure the length, detect yarn breakage, set the speed and set the anti stacking effect. Make the winding process completely intelligent. 

 

The unique and advanced pressure balance design and winding tension adjustment system can make the winding speed from 200 m / min to 1100 m / min and the winding density from 0.32g/cm3 to 0.5g/cm3, so as to adapt to different package shaping requirements. 

 

The main body of the machine is made of high-quality steel, and the outer surface is protected by solid and bright plastic spraying. Each section consists of 12 spindles, which can be installed in series by up to 10 sections so as to form a machine of 120 spindles. Therefore, it can be flexibly used in various plants. 


In order to facilitate the higher-level requirements of users, the machine can be made with selective special configuration:
1. Blow and suction reciprocating cleaning system.
2. Empty bobbin recollection and wound yarn package conveying transmission system.
3. Lighting LED light belt.
