Fast Defrosting of Meat
RF defrosting ensures the rapid and uniform defrosting of meat block(even for large pieces), and increases production capacity by minimizing drip loss.
Scope of application:
Individually frozen or block frozen. Thanks to the multi-position upper electrode system and the wide conveyor belt, the machine is suitable for products with wide range of sizes and weights: from a few kg to 30kg, from a few cm to 23cm high (standard configuration). The machine can also be customized to process thicker and heavier products.

Defrosting degree:
From slight warming (10~15 minutes from -18 ℃ defrosting to -5/-3℃), for grinding, mincing, cutting, slicing, segmentation, forming, dicing, mincing, etc.; To partial defrosting (20-30 minutes from -18 ° C to -4/-2 ° C or -3/-1 ° C), combined with traditional defrosting methods to complete defrosting, for mixing, injection/rolling pickling, bone removal, etc.
