Fast Defrosting of Aquatic Products

Thanks to the fast and gentle RF defrosting process, the physical, biological and nutritional integrity of fish and seafood is best preserved, thus ensuring the freshness and health of the product.

Scope of application：

Individually frozen or block frozen, thanks to the multi-position upper electrode system and wide conveyor belt, the machine can be used in a wide range of sizes and weights: from a few kilograms to 30 kilograms, from a few centimeters to 23 centimeters high (standard). The machine can also be customized to process thicker and heavier products.

All types of fish and seafood, whole, head and offal removed, tenderloin, fish fillets, fish pieces, shelled or shelled, can be defrosted with RF.
