Considering that most aqueous non-conductive (i.e. dielectric) substrates can be dried quickly, evenly and efficiently by radio frequency and obtain the best drying quality, for many years, Stalam has developed and provided specific drying equipment, which is widely applicable to the treatment of textiles, technical textiles and related products.


Application:
◆ Drying of bleached hydrophilic cotton fibers for medical, health and cosmetics industries
◆ Drying of raw or processed / dyed hemp, flax, ramie, coconut shell, jute and sisal fibers
◆ After the humidification / oiling process, the raw silk Hanks are dried at low temperature before twisting
◆ Drying of carbonized cocoons and silk waste
◆ Drying of dyed elastic tapes, narrow fabrics, lace, string, rope, etc
◆ Drying of dyed clothes, sweaters, sports socks, leather products, etc
◆ Drying of sheet and disc wool felt for clothing or industry after impregnation
◆ Drying of washed and hydroextracted waste yarn and rag
◆ Defective or discarded synthetic fibers (mainly PA, PES, PP) are dried and preheated after cleaning, and then recycled in granular form. 
◆ Drying application of chopped, high porosity reinforcing fibers (cellulose, aramid, glass, etc.)
