RF Dryer

The RF dryer is the first one in China to introduce international advanced technology. This machine is a kind of equipment used for the continuous drying of textile products through RF drying process after the hydroextraction process of textile products. It is suitable for synthetic fiber, man-made fiber, wool fiber, plant fiber and other yarn types.


This machine adopts the internationally advanced drying technology to directly transfer the electromagnetic energy to the water molecules in yarn that needs to be dried. There is almost no peripheral energy loss in the drying process, and the output energy is fully utilized. The energy consumption is directly proportional to the moisture content, the operation cost is reduced.


The penetration of electromagnetic field makes the product dry quickly and evenly. The inlet and outlet of the equipment are combined with the traditional warm air circulation system, which makes the fiber to have a certain expansion effect, which greatly improves the elasticity, softness, hand feel and color effect, and ensures the product quality. Such excellent effect cannot be achieved by any traditional hot air drying system.


The cooling system of the triode is made of air cooling and double water circulation, so that it has the longest operation life.
