Shanghai Deyi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is a professional manufacturer of industrial RF equipment, mainly producing various industrial RF equipment and other supporting equipment such as winder and hydroextractor used in the textile industry.

Founded in 1978, Stalam S.p.A of Italy is a global leader in the development, design and manufacture of radio frequency (RF) equipment for drying and heating of raw materials, intermediates and finished industrial products.

Establishment of the JV: Stalam (Shanghai) Deyi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In 2005, Shanghai Deyi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Stalam S.p.A of Italy, a leading manufacturer of industrial RF equipment in the world established a joint venture: Stalam (Shanghai) Deyi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(the first overseas cooperation of Deyi) to apply RF technology more widely and deeply in the Chinese market.

Successful cooperation with Italian leading textile machinery manufacturer: SIMET s.r.l.

In 2007, we proudly announced the successful cooperation with Simet s.r.l., a leading Italian textile machinery manufacturer founded in 1967. Simet is a professional designer and manufacturer of winders and doubling machines. Due to its advanced technology, durability and simple operation of the winder, the company has a good reputation in Carpi, the most famous knitting and service processing center in Italy, and some other countries in the world. This new cooperation project includes authorizing our Shanghai factory to assemble / manufacture some models of pre-dyeing (loose) and post-dyeing (hard) winders, precision winders, etc., and exclusively selling a full set of Italian original winders and doubling machines of Simet in China.

Introduction of RF equipment for natural latex/synthetic rubber foam

In 2016, we imported RF equipment applied to natural latex / synthetic rubber foam from Stalam Italy. Because of its rapid heating, good penetration, uniformity, safety and controllability, it has revolutionized the vulcanization and drying of natural latex / synthetic rubber foam, and quickly occupied the Chinese market.

Introduction of RF defrosting machine for food industry

In 2018, we introduced from Stalam Italy the RF defroster used in the food industry. At present, the machine has nearly 300 users around the world, replacing the traditional slow heat transfer defrosting method. Because of its high defrosting efficiency, uniform temperature after defrosting, no blood loss and other advantages, it has been highly praised by the majority of users. It is the most ideal solution for tempering, softening and defrosting of frozen raw materials in many meat, seafood, fruit and vegetable processing enterprises. 

So far, we have achieved great technical and commercial success in the Chinese market, and more than 5000 sets of equipment derived from Italian cutting-edge technology have been successfully put into use at customers’ factories.
